PINEAPPLE UPSIDE-DOWN SALAD
5 to 7 pineapple slices
3/4 c. pineapple juice
3/4 c. water
1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange jello
5 to 7 maraschino cherries
1 c. cottage cheese
Combine juice and water and bring to a boil. Pour over
jello, stir until dissolved. Arrange pineapple and cherries in
an 8 inch round pan. Pour 1/2 jello over pineapple. Chill
until set. Keep remaining jello at room temperature and
combine with cottage cheese. Pour over set jello. Chill until
