"PINK" POTATO SALAD|
5 lb. potatoes (approximately)
1 bottle Catalina French
1 c. Miracle Whip salad
1/3 c. chopped parsley
1/2 to 3/4 c. chopped spring
2 c. diced cucumber
salt and pepper
Cook potatoes and peel. Marinate potatoes overnight in
the Catalina French dressing (in the refrigerator). In the
morning add the rest of the ingredients and place in refrigera-
tor for several hours before serving.
