"PINK" POTATO SALAD 5 lb. potatoes (approximately) 1 bottle Catalina French dressing 1 c. Miracle Whip salad dressing (approximately) 1/3 c. chopped parsley 1/2 to 3/4 c. chopped spring onions 2 c. diced cucumber salt and pepper Cook potatoes and peel. Marinate potatoes overnight in the Catalina French dressing (in the refrigerator). In the morning add the rest of the ingredients and place in refrigera- tor for several hours before serving.
