CALICO SALAD 1 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables 4 stalks celery 1/2 medium green pepper 1 medium onion 1 (No. 2) can red kidney beans Dressing: 3/4 c. sugar 1 heaping Tbsp. flour 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 c. cider vinegar Cook vegetables until tender, then drain. Chop celery, pepper and onion. Rinse and drain kidney beans. Cook dressing ingredients until thick, cool and pour over vegetables. Let stand 24 to 48 hours.
