RAW CRANBERRY SALAD

1 lb. cranberries*
2 oranges (juice)*
1/2 of 1 orange rind, grated*
4 apples
4 or 5 stalks celery
1 large box raspberry jello

*Sweeten to taste.
Wash cranberries and grind in blender with some water.
Add orange juice and grated rind. Use 1/3 of mixture. Press
the rest in containers and freeze for future salad. If you use
regular food grinder, you lose a lot of juice and you will need
the full pound for 1 salad. Use only 1/2 of the water needed
for the large box of jello. Cube (very small) apples and
celery, add cranberries and orange juice and rind. Add all the
ingredients to the chilled jello which is just beginning to
set. Allow salad to set firmly.
