SWEET VEGETABLE SALAD 1 lb. frozen mixed vegetables, cooked and drained 1 small onion or 1/2 c. chopped 1/2 c. celery 1 small green pepper or 1/2 c. chopped Dressing: 1/2 c. sugar 2 Tbsp. vinegar 1/2 tsp. salt 1 Tbsp. cornstarch or flour 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard 1/2 c. water Mix the vegetables. Mix the dressing ingredients. Cook until smooth, stirring constantly. Cool and pour over vegeta- bles. Chill overnight. Stir once in a while.
