CHEESY MORNAY SAUCE 1/4 lb. butter 4 c. milk 1 can beer 1 c. flour 2 lb. Velveeta cheese Add flour to melted butter in saucepan and cook until bubbly and smooth. Boil for 1 minute. Add cheese in chunks. Beat for 15 minutes on top of medium heat, adding beer a little at a time until desired consistency. Serve over chicken, turkey, broccoli or anything you like.
