CHICKEN SALAD 2 c. chicken 1 c. celery French dressing 1 c. mayonnaise salt paprika lettuce pimiento olives sliced hard-cooked eggs Dice cooked chicken and celery. Chill (marinate slight- ly with French dressing). When ready to serve, combine with 1 cup mayonnaise. Season to taste with salt and paprika. Serve on lettuce. Garnish with pimiento, olives and eggs.
