SHRIMP MOLD 1 can condensed tomato soup 1 large pkg. cream cheese 2 pkg. unflavored gelatin 2 lb. shrimp or 4 cans, boiled and chopped 1 c. mayonnaise 1 c. celery, chopped fine 1 c. shallots salt and pepper to taste Mix gelatin with 1/4 cup water. Heat soup to boiling. Dissolve cream cheese in soup. Add mayonnaise, celery, shal- lots, salt and pepper and mix well. Then add chopped shrimp and mix well. Chill in greased mold or Bundt pan for 3 hours. Serve with crackers, as desired.
