VEGETABLE BEEF SOUP 4 qt. water 1 1/2 lb. beef tips 2 cans tomato sauce 1 small head cabbage 1 large onion 2 stalks celery 1 can green beans 1 can cream-style corn 1 or 2 cans whole kernel corn diced potatoes or pasta (optional) In a large stockpot, combine water, tomato sauce and beef tips, cut into small pieces. Cook over a medium fire for about 45 minutes. Add all remaining ingredients and season to taste. Let this simmer for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Serves 8.
