TACO SALAD

1 lb. ground beef
1 can kidney beans
1 lb. Cheddar cheese
1 can olives
avocado
tomato
1 head lettuce
1 tsp. taco seasoning
1 c. or more French dressing
Doritos corn chips (taco
flavor or nacho cheese)

Sometimes I also use celery and radishes if on hand.
Brown ground beef until loses its pink. Add drained
beans, sprinkle in the taco seasoning (not the whole package);
stir a little, let beans, get hot. Cool. Break lettuce, crush
chips, but not fine, grate cheese, slice olives. Mix all with
French dressing. Slice avocado, tomato for the top of salad.
If you feel generous use more tomato and avocado. Serves 8.
