MARY'S B B Q SAUCE 1/4 c. packed brown sugar 2 tsp. dry mustard 1/4 tsp. black pepper 1 c. catsup 1/2 c. cider vinegar 1/2 c. water 3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 2 Tbsp. grated onion 1 clove crushed garlic Combine brown sugar, dry mustard and pepper in saucepan; blend. Stir remaining ingredients and bring to a boil over medium heat. Pour over meat. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Turn meat, baste and bake another 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Good on any meat (beef, pork and chicken).
