VEGETABLE SOUP (END OF SEASON)

1 peck tomatoes
1 handful parsley
4 large bunches celery
1/2 c. salt
12 onions
5 c. water
2 heads cabbage
3 red peppers
3 green peppers

Combine and boil 1 hour very hard; seal hot. Makes 15
to 16 quarts. Good on cold winter's day.
