FISH CHOWDER 1 c. onions 1 c. celery 1/2 c. butter 1 c. carrots, diced or sliced 2 c. diced potatoes 1/8 tsp. pepper 1 Tbsp. salt 2 c. diced fish 1 qt. milk Saute the onions and celery in butter until transparent. Add carrots and diced potatoes. Cook in as little water as possible. Add salt and pepper. Add fish; simmer for 15 minutes. Add milk; do not allow to boil, but heat well.
