LEMON CHIVE BUTTER

1/4 c. butter
1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. chives
1/4 tsp. salt

Combine all ingredients and heat until melted. (Or 1
minute on High in microwave.) Pour over vegetables; especially
good over leftovers. Yield: 1/2 cup.
