OYSTER SOUP

1 small potato
1 bunch green onions
1/2 bunch parsley
3 small red peppers
2 small tomatoes
3 qt. water
2 small onions
1 toe garlic
2 Tbsp. flour
dash of thyme
6 to 8 doz. oysters
salt and pepper to taste

Chop seasonings. Brown flour and onion. Add tomatoes,
green onions, parsley, peppers and garlic and thyme. Cook
until soft but do not overcook. Add oysters and water. Cook
on medium fine for 20 minutes.
