REDUCING SOUP 1 head cabbage 6 large onions 1 large bunch (stalks) celery 1 large green pepper 1 can whole tomatoes Parmesan cheese if desired onion soup mix if desired Cut into medium pieces. Cover with water and let come to full boil. After boiling for 10 minutes. Lower fire. Let simmer for a full 2 1/2 to 3 hours or until vegetables are soft. May be sprinkled with Parmesan cheese and/or onion soup mix may be added to it. Can be kept for days.
