LAYERED SALAD 1 lb. spinach 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 2 tsp. sugar 1/2 lb. bacon, fried and chopped 6 hard boiled eggs 1 head lettuce 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen green peas, uncooked 1 purple onion, sliced 1/2 c. mayonnaise 1 c. sour cream 1 pkg. Ranch dressing mix 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Swiss cheese, grated Layer spinach, salt, pepper, sugar, bacon, eggs, let- tuce, green peas and onion. Combine mayonnaise, sour cream and Ranch dressing mix. Spread over salad. Sprinkle with Swiss cheese. Refrigerate 24 hours.
