CHICKEN CORN SOUP 2 to 3 lb. chicken 2 qt. water 1 c. onions 1 c. celery 1/2 c. parsley 4 cans corn or 2 bags frozen corn Place water, chicken, onions, celery and parsley in large soup pot. Simmer for 45 minutes or until chicken is done. Remove chicken, allow to cool and remove from bone. Place chicken back into the retained broth. Add corn and simmer an additional 20 minutes.
