ORANGE JELLO SALAD 1 large pkg. orange Jell-O 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple 2 c. buttermilk 1/2 c. chopped pecans 1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip Mix Jell-O and pineapple in a saucepan (no water). Stir often and bring almost to a boil. Set aside to cool for about 30 minutes. Stir in buttermilk and pecans. Add the Cool Whip and stir until smooth. Pour into bowl or mold. Chill until set.
