APRICOT JELLO SALAD

2 boxes apricot Jell-O
2 c. boiling water
2 c. cold water
2 c. miniature marshmallows
1 (No. 2) can crushed
pineapple, drained (reserve
for pudding)
2 bananas, cut fine

Combine Jell-O and water; chill. Add pineapple,
marshmallows and bananas. Add Jell-O and chill in large pan.

Pudding:
1/2 c. pineapple juice
1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. butter
1 egg
Cook until thick; then add 8 ounces softened cream
cheese and cool. Whip 1 package Dream Whip or Cool Whip and
fold into pudding. Spread on Jell-O and let set. Top with
nuts, if desired.
