SWEDISH COLE SLAW

1 large head cabbage
2 large onions
1 green or red pepper or both
2/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 Tbsp. celery seed
1 c. vinegar
3/4 c. oil

Chop cabbage, onions and peppers. Pour sugar over
cabbage mixture. Let set overnight or at least 2 hours. Mix
salt, dry mustard, celery seed, vinegar and oil; bring to boil.
Pour over cabbage mixture and stir. Refrigerate overnight.
Will keep up to 2 weeks.
