SAUERKRAUT SALAD 1 can chopped kraut 1/2 c. chopped green peppers 1/2 c. chopped celery 1/2 c. chopped onion 1 small jar chopped pimento 1 c. sugar Combine kraut, pimento, pepper, onion and celery; mix thoroughly. Pour sugar over top (do not mix). Place in refrigerator overnight. Then mix sugar with other ingredients. Let stand 2 hours before serving.
