VEGETABLE SALAD 1 can French green beans, drained 1 can pimento, drained 1 bell pepper, chopped fine 1 c. red onion, chopped fine 1 tsp. pepper 1 c. sugar 1/2 c. vegetable oil 1 can green peas, drained 1 can Shoe Peg corn, drained 1 c. celery, chopped fine 1 tsp. salt 1 Tbsp. water 3/4 c. vinegar Mix salt, pepper, vinegar, oil, water and sugar; bring to boil. Cool and pour over vegetables. Store in refrigera- tor. Keeps 3 weeks.
