JELLO CRANBERRY SALAD 1 pkg. cranberries 1 c. sugar 1 c. water 1 box (3 oz. serving) orange Jell-O 1 can Mandarin oranges, drained 1 c. nuts Cook cranberries in sugar and water about 10 minutes. Add Jell-O while boiling hot; stir well to dissolve Jell-O. Add well drained oranges and nuts. Spray Jell-O mold with Pam and pour in mixture. Cool to room temperature, stirring occasionally to keep fruit and nuts evenly distributed. Place in fridge and let set overnight. This will keep several days. Unmold on lettuce leaves or cut in individual servings and serve. Great with turkey or ham.
