JELLO SALAD 2 small pkg. lemon jello green food coloring 1 (16 oz.) crushed pineapple 1 pkg. Dream Whip 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese 1/2 c. milk 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1 c. pineapple juice 1 Tbsp. lemon juice 2/3 c. sugar 2 Tbsp. flour 2 egg yolks, beaten shredded Cheddar cheese First Layer: Mix jello with 1 cup boiling water and 8 ice cubes. Add 3 drops of food coloring. Put in a 3 quart Pyrex pan. Add drained pineapple and stir (keep juice). Put in refrigerator and let set. Second Layer: Mix Dream Whip, milk, vanilla and cream cheese; spread over jello. Third Layer: Cook pineapple juice, lemon juice, sugar, flour and egg yolks until thick and let it cool. Pour over second layer and sprinkle with cheese. Note: If used for a dessert, sprinkle with chopped pecans.
