LIME MARSHMALLOW SALAD

4 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 c. hot water
2 pkg. lime jello
2 1/2 c. small marshmallows
1 c. chopped celery (optional)
1 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. salad dressing (Miracle
Whip)
2 small cans crushed pineapple
(also juice)
1 c. whipping cream

Combine the cream cheese, hot water, lime jello and
marshmallows, adding marshmallows last. Cool in refrigerator
to thicken, about 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Add celery, pecans,
Miracle Whip salad dressing and crushed pineapple with juice to
thickened mixture. Gently fold in whipped cream. Pour into
mold or 9 1/2 x 13-inch pan. Let set overnight or 6 hours.
