FRESH CRANBERRY SAUCE 4 c. fresh cranberries 2 c. sugar 2 c. water 2 Tbsp. grated orange rind Wash cranberries and drain. Combine cranberries, sugar and water in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil and cook 7 to 10 minutes or until cranberry skins pop. Stir in orange rind. Mash berries slightly. Cool. Serve with pork or poultry. Yield: 4 cups.
