COLD BLUEBERRY SOUP 1 pt. blueberries 1 1/2 c. water 1/4 c. sugar 1 (3-inch) strip lemon peel 1 (2-inch) cinnamon stick 3/4 c. plain yogurt Add blueberries, water, sugar, lemon peel and cinnamon together, bring to a boil. Simmer 15 minutes. Cool. Remove cinnamon stick and lemon peel. Pour into blender and puree before stirring in the yogurt. Chill and serve.
