GERMAN POTATO SALAD 4 to 6 lb. red potatoes 2 large onions 4 scallions with tops 2 hard-boiled eggs 5 strips bacon salt and pepper celery salt 1/4 c. vinegar 2 to 3 Tbsp. oil Boil potatoes with skins on, cook until tender but firm. Peel and slice. Dice onions and scallions. Combine all ingredients. Garnish with parsley. Serve warm if possible.
