HOT CHICKEN SALAD 2 c. cooked chicken 2/3 c. mayonnaise 3 Tbsp. diced onion 1 can water chestnuts Ritz crackers 1 c. finely chopped celery 3 Tbsp. lemon juice 1 can mushroom soup or chicken or celery soup Mix all ingredients, except crackers, together and put in casserole dish. Crumble crackers on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
