HOT CRABMEAT BREAD 7 1/2 oz. can crabmeat, flaked 1/3 c. mayonnaise 1/3 c. sour cream 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley 2 Tbsp. lemon juice 1/4 tsp. garlic salt 1 loaf French bread (15 inches long) 2 Tbsp. margarine 1/4 lb. jalapeno cheese Combine crab meat, mayonnaise, sour cream, parsley, lemon juice and garlic salt. Chill. Slice bread in half lengthwise. Spread with margarine. Top with cheese, then cover each half with crab mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for about 25 minutes or until lightly browned.
