CRANBERRY SALAD 1 lb. cranberries 1 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 c. chopped pecans 1/2 pt. whipping cream 1 1/2 lb. purple grapes, seeded Grind cranberries, place in strainer, stir in sugar and let drain for 3 hours. Mix cranberries, pecans and grapes. Refrigerate. Just before serving, whip cream and fold in berry mixture. Serve on lettuce cups.
