FRUIT SALAD DRESSING 1/2 c. pineapple juice 1/2 c. orange juice 2 Tbsp. lemon juice 3 eggs, well beaten 1/2 c. sugar 1/8 tsp. salt 1 c. heavy cream, chilled and whipped Mix fruit juices; combine eggs, sugar, salt and juices in top of double boiler. Cook over hot water until thickened, stirring constantly. Chill. Fold in whipped cream. Serve immediately. Makes 2 1/2 cups.
