ORANGE SHERBET SALAD

2 (3 oz.) pkg. orange gelatin
1 c. boiling water
1 pt. orange sherbet
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed
pineapple
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1 (11 oz.) can Mandarin orange
sections, drained
1/2 pt. whipping cream,
whipped

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add orange sherbet.
When partially set, add other ingredients; folding in whipping
cream last. Chill until firm. Yield: 12 servings.
Note: I use a whipped topping such as Cool Whip instead
of whipping cream.
