FROZEN PEACH SALAD 1 2/3 c. miniature marshmallows 1 pkg. (3 oz.) cream cheese, softened 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise 1/2 pt. heavy cream, whipped 1/4 tsp. salt 1/2 c. chopped nuts 1 can (1 lb.) Cling peaches, sliced and drained 1 can pineapple chunks, drained 1/2 c. sliced maraschino cherries Cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth. Add salt. Fold in whipped cream; then marshmallows. Lightly fold fruits and nuts into creamed mixture. Turn into 2 regular ice cube trays. Freeze until firm. Cut into rectangles. Serve on crisp greens. Makes 10 servings.
