TURKEY SALAD 10 lb. turkey, cooked and chopped 1 qt. can pickles 5 medium onions mayonnaise Cut up cooled, cooked turkey (about 10 pounds). Remove meat from bones. Grind meat, pickles and onions. Store in refrigerator; will keep a week sealed. Add mayonnaise as you use it as much or as little as you like. Really good for sandwiches. Remember to salt your turkey when you are cooking it. Can make chicken salad same way by cooking a large hen.
