PEA SALAD 1 (16 oz.) can sweet peas, drained 2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped 3 or 4 sweet pickles, chopped 1/2 c. grated carrots 1/2 c. grated cheese 1/2 c. mayonnaise salt Mix peas, eggs, pickles and carrots very well. Stir in cheese. Add mayonnaise and salt to your own taste. Put into a bowl, seal and chill for 3 to 4 hours. Serves 4.
