JELLO SALAD 1 (3 oz.) box (any flavor) jello 1 1/2 c. boiling water 12 marshmallows 1 small can crushed pineapple 1 c. cottage cheese 1 c. whipped cream 1 c. chopped nuts Boil juice from pineapple for 2 minutes. Bring water to a boil and dissolve jello. Stir marshmallows and pineapple juice into jello while hot. Cool. Add cottage cheese, nuts and pineapple; chill. Add whipped cream last, just as mixture begins to thicken.
