STRAWBERRY JELLO SALAD
(Three Layers)
2 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry
jello
1 c. boiling water
3 mashed bananas
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen sliced
strawberries, thawed
1 c. chopped nuts
1 pt. sour cream

Combine jello and boiling water. Stir until dissolved.
Fold in all at once: strawberries and juice, drained pineapple,
bananas and nuts. Put half of mixture in bottom of 9 x 12-inch
glass dish as the first layer. Refrigerate 1 1/2 hours. Spread
on the sour cream as the second layer. Then add other 1/2 of
jello mixture on top as top layer. Chill until firm.
