Layer 2: 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1 (12 oz.) carton Cool Whip 1 c. sugar Cream sugar and cheese, then add Cool Whip. Spread over first layer. Layer 3: 1 (6 oz.) or 2 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry jello 2 c. boiling water 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries Dissolve jello in water and add strawberries. Let cool slightly then add to salad.
