BROCCOLI CHEESE SOUP 1 pkg. chopped frozen broccoli or 1 1/2 lb. fresh broccoli 1/2 c. chopped onion 6 c. water 6 c. milk (can use skim milk) 1 lb. shredded Cheddar cheese 1 tsp. garlic salt In a 4 quart saucepan, boil broccoli and onion in water until tender but firm. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer until cheese is melted. Serve hot. Serves 6.
