ITALIAN BEAN SALAD

1 can cannellini beans
1 can red kidney beans
1 can chickpeas (Ceci)
2 cloves garlic, minced
oregano
salt and pepper
olive oil
red wine vinegar

Rinse under running water all three beans. In a bowl
toss together beans, black pepper, oregano, olive oil, vinegar
and salt to taste. Refrigerate and toss again before serving.
