BAKED CHICKEN SALAD 2 c. cooked chicken 1 c. thinly sliced celery 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 c. toasted almond slivers 1 Tbsp. grated onion (shallots or chives) 1/2 c. chicken broth 1 c. mayonnaise or 1/2 mayonnaise and 1/2 sour cream 2 tsp. lemon juice 1/2 c. grated cheese (Gruyere or Cheddar) 1 c. crushed potato chips Combine all ingredients except almonds, cheese and potato chips. Refrigerate overnight. Before baking, mix in almonds and sprinkle with cheese and chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes or 450 degrees for 20 minutes. Serves 4.
