PASTA SALAD

1 (16 oz.) box macaroni
twisters
4 oz. pimentos
hard salami to taste
1 small pkg. frozen peas
1 large can black olives
(pitted)
1 c. Parmesan cheese
1 (8 oz.) bottle Italian salad
dressing

Cook twisters as directed on box and then place in large
bowl. While the twisters are cooking, chop up the olives to
the size you desire. Thaw the frozen peas by putting them in a
colander and running hot water over them until sufficiently
thawed. Mix peas, pimentos, black olives, salami and Italian
salad dressing (Lite Italian works very well) into twisters.
Add the Parmesan cheese last so that the dressing will help it
hold to the twisters. Can be refrigerated first or served as
is.
