SPINACH SALAD Salad: 1 bag spinach 1 can bean sprouts, drained 1 Bermuda onion, sliced 3 hard-boiled eggs, cut up 6 to 8 slices bacon, cooked, drained and broken Dressing: 1 c. oil 3/4 c. sugar 1/3 c. ketchup 1/4 c. vinegar 1 tsp. Worcestershire salt to taste Wash spinach; dry on paper and in a large bowl. Break into large bite-size pieces. Add rest of salad ingredients and toss. Shake dressing ingredients in container or beat with egg beater until thoroughly mixed. Add dressing to salad just before serving.
