24 HOUR SALAD

1 head lettuce
1 head cauliflower, uncooked
1 large pkg. frozen peas,
uncooked
grated cheese (as much as you
want)
1 pt. or more mayonnaise
1 pkg. Good Seasons Italian
dressing mix
1/2 lb. bacon, cooked and
crumbled (or you may use
bacon bits)

Break bite size pieces of lettuce into a large bowl,
next break cauliflower over lettuce in pieces, now add peas
over top. Next spread all over top with mayonnaise and seal
edges (I use more than a pint). Sprinkle the dressing mix over
top, then bacon and sprinkle cheese on top. Cover tightly
until ready to use. This is nice to make the day before you
need it.
