SAUERKRAUT SALAD 2 1/2 c. sauerkraut, drained and pressed dry 1 medium onion, chopped fine 1 sweet pepper, chopped fine 3 stalks celery, chopped fine 1 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 c. vinegar 1/2 c. salad oil Heat sugar, vinegar and oil until sugar is dissolved. Then pour over kraut mixture. Mix well. Chill overnight.
