OVERNIGHT SALAD 2 beaten eggs 1/4 c. sugar 2 Tbsp. flour 1 c. orange juice 1/2 lb. small marshmallows 2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple 1 c. oranges Combine eggs, sugar, flour and orange juice. Cook and while hot add the following ingredients: marshmallows, cream cheese, pineapple and oranges. When cold fold in 1 pint whipped cream. Pour into long glass dish. Sprinkle with ground nuts over top and let stand overnight.
