COLORFUL RICE SALAD

1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
1 (4 oz.) jar pimiento
1/2 c. chopped onions
3/4 c. sliced stuffed olives
1/3 c. sweet pickle relish
1/4 c. mayonnaise
3 c. cooked rice
1 c. diced cooked ham
4 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
1/2 c. chopped celery
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Cook peas, drain and cool. Combine peas, pimiento,
onions, olives, relish, Cheddar cheese, rice, ham, eggs and
celery. Stir well. Add mayonnaise and mix well. Chill and
serve.
