Mix together: 1 c. sugar 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. dry mustard 1 c. cider vinegar 1 tsp. celery seed 2/3 c. vegetable oil Mix sugar, salt, mustard and celery seed in small saucepan. Add vinegar and oil. Bring to boil on moderate heat. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Pour over cabbage and toss well to mix. Refrigerate at least 6 hours.
